Property Props takes pride in the work it does and for the cost relative to other stagers in the market.
Our aim is to provide a cost effective service that looks great and helps you get your property sold.

About our pricing:
These prices are based on standard rooms and a single living space and an easily accessable property.
Additional areas (extra living spaces, rumpus rooms, office areas, conservatories, extra bedrooms etc) are an extra cost.
These are at a rate of $500 Living or Lounge, $250 Bedroom, $100 Office & Outdoor settings.
Some properties may have unusual or difficult access and this may incur an extra surcharge.
For a final confirmed quote we will need to arrange a site visit to check these and decor colour options.
Partial Staging:
Our partial staging rate starts at $350.
This cost includes a property visit, consultation plus the hireage of soft furnishings and art.
Furniture items are quoted individually and the final cost will be agreed before job goes ahead.
Property Consultation:
A property consulation costs $150.
This cost includes a property visit, 1/2 hr consulation and follow up emailed report with advice and suggestions
as to the best way to present your property for sale. We will look at the type of property and give you
real styling advice that doesnt cost the earth but could make all the difference when it comes time to sell.

Hire Period:
The standard hire period is 5 weeks. Extended periods available by consultation...

Please note:
A $250 deposit is required prior to staging to secure your booking.
Balance is payable in 7 days of completion of staging.
